Healthy, Juicy and Delicious!
Summer is the time when I love to indulge in curd and curd based dishes because they are perfect for the weather!
Just randomly I thought of making this dish and the outcome was so delicious 😋
Super easy to make here come the recipe below!
Serves -2
Ingredients -
1 + 1/2 cup Curd
1/2 cup Green Grapes chopped
Salt to taste
2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Chaat Masala
2 tsp Sugar
Method -
In a bowl add curd, give it a whisk.
Add chopped grapes.
Add all spices, salt and sugar.
Mix it well.
Garnish with some chopped grapes and spices as shown above!
Your delicious Raita is ready to be indulged in!
Keep it in the fridge till serving time!
