Beetroot & Green Grape Raita by Saveen Kaur


When fusion comes naturally to me!

After making Green Grape Raita, I thought how about making this combination of Beetroot & Green Grapes with a tough of Ginger and so this absolutely delicious dish was born :)

Summer Friendly 🌞, Health Friendly 💪, Weight Loss Friendly 👏, Eye Delight 😍 & Taste Buds Friendly 😋 this Raita will leave in the pink of health 😊

Serves - 2

Ingredients - 

2 cups Fresh Curd

1 Beetroot grated

1/2 cup Green Grapes chopped

2 tsp Fresh Ginger juice

2 tsp Sugar

Salt to taste

1 tsp Black Pepper Powder

1 tsp Black Salt

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder2

2 tsp Milk

Method - 

In a bowl add curd and milk, give it a whisk.

Add all spices, salt and sugar.

Add chopped grapes and grated beetroot.

Mix in all well.

You will get a beautiful pink color.

Keep some grapes and beetroot for garnishing.

Garnish when serving.

Serve chilled!
