Mango Banana Coconut Smoothie by Saveen Kaur

 


Super delicious fruity Smoothie loaded with antioxidants!


Made this super delicious Smoothie with Greek Yogurt Mango flavour, Banana, Coconut Flakes, Pumpkin Seeds, Flax Seeds, Sunflower Seeds and Chia Seeds.

Super healthy and super delicious!!!

Kindly note you can always substitute for fresh mango when in season and add plain greek yogurt!


To make 1 glass

Ingredients - 

1 small tub of Greek Yogurt Mango Flavour

1 Banana

1 tbsp Shredded Coconut and some more for garnishing

1 tsp Pumpkin Seeds

1 tsp Flax Seeds

1 tsp Sunflower Seeds

1 tsp Chia Seeds


Method - 

Blend in all together in a blender.

Pour it in a glass,

Garnish it with Shredded Coconut.

Relish!!!!
