Veggie Overloaded Pizza... Delight for your eyes and your taste buds!
A Colourful Pizza made with Onion, Tomatoes, Capsicum, Baby Corn and lots of Cheese!
A confession guys, I have not been able to cook much in the past few days as I have not been too well, so hardly had the energy to cook or do anything.
But much better now, was craving to make something but couldn't decide what. It's then my Mum asked me to make a Pizza.
Honestly I am a lil lazy person and don't do anything till I don't get a push or trigger to do something. So if Sav's Kitchen exists today, it is majorly due to my Mom and Brother who make sure I make something which I do and share it with you :) So the cooking break broke with this Pizza!
Extremely easy to make and yummy to taste :)
Recipe -
Ingredients
1 Onion chopped
1 Capsicum chopped
1 Tomato chopped
200 gms Baby Corn cut round
1 cup readymade Pizza Sauce
4 Pizza Base
Butter
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 tbsp Oil
Mozzarella Cheese
Method
Heat Oil in a pan.
Add chopped Vegetables.
Add salt, oregano and red chilli flakes. Mix well.
Saute for a minute or two and keep aside.
Assemble Pizza
Apply Pizza sauce on the base, spread cooked vegetables on it and garnish it with cheese.
Spread little butter in the pan and wipe it off with the cloth so that the Pizza does not get burnt.
Put it in a non-stick pan and cook covered for 5-7 minutes or till the cheese melts.
Remove the Pizza from the pan and serve hot!
