A delicious Indian Bread made with wheat flour, two types of chickpeas flour, Methi leaves and spices!
Ingredients
2 cups wheat flour
1 cup besan
1/2 cup kala chana atta or dark brown chickpea flour
1 cup besan

1 tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin seeds powder
1 tsp dhana jeera powder
Half cup curd
1 spoon ghee
1 tsp ajwain
1 tsp til
1 cup methi leaves chopped
1 green chilli chopped
Method
Mix the three flours together.
Then add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, dhana jeera powder, curd, ghee, ajwain, sesame or till and chopped methi, you can also grind it into a paste, and chopped green chilli.

Mix them all together and make a dough.
Add water as per required to make a smooth and firm dough.
Make small balls and roll out roti's.
Cook them on a griddle and apply ghee on both the sides and cook.
Serve hot with Raita or your favourite vegetable or dal.
This Roti can be eaten with Tea also tastes amazing!
