Strawberry Chia Pudding

Health is Wealth and this pudding is a real treasure in the health wealth.

Very rich in Protein, Calcium, Omega 3 Fatty Acids, Fibre, Potassium, Magnesium, Vitamin K, Vitamin C and Flavnoids. 

Made with Soya Milk, Strawberries, Chia Seeds and Garnished with Crunchy Muesli which consists of Crunchy Oat Clusters with Almonds, Raisins and Honey. 

This is one hell of a powerhouse healthy and tasty pudding.

Extremely simple to make!

First make the Strawberry Protein Smoothie

Then add Chia Seeds in it. Wait for 15 minutes till Chia Seeds start swelling. 

Then garnish it with Crunchy Muesli. 

You can garnish it with any muesli of your choice and then decorate it with sliced strawberries.

Kept it in the fridge for some time before eating. 

It tastes like heaven!

So tasty and so healthy and so easy to make :)
