Creamy Mushrooms Stuffed In Cocktail Buns

So I decide to make something different with mushrooms, I make it and it turns out so good that my family demands for more at any cost. Now the mushrooms are over so how am I suppose to make it again? Luckily I am blessed with good local vegetable sellers who managed to send two more packets of mushrooms at home for me from some other vegetable seller since their stock for the day was over and pick up some cheese and bread from the store too. Breathe!

Ingredients

Creamy Mushrooms
200 gms Mushrooms
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp oregano powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 cubes cheese grated
1 tsp green chutney
1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Method

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, cook till it turns goldenish brownish, add mushrooms, saute, add salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes, mix well, green chutney and mix. Cook till it releases water, add grated cheese.
Cook till it turns creamy.
Stuff this creamy mushroom in a cocktail mini bun or spread it on a toast.

Green Chutney

1 bunch coriander chopped finely
3-4 tsp dessicated coconut
2-3 green chillies
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt or to taste
Juice of two lemons
1 tbsp sugar

Grind the above ingredients together with little water into a fine paste.

This was the recipe of the first serving, when I made it second time, I thought of making a little variation in the recipe, I added one-fourth cup milk and 1 cube of cheese that I had put earlier and added two tbsps of green chutney, hence its darker in color.

This is the second serving I made thanx to my family's mushrooming cravings for Creamy Mushrooms
