I am a major chaat lover and I love to mix n match things, fuse them together and make new combos. I was in a mood to have a chaat at home but wanted something different from the regular stuff, so on contemplating for a while I thought of trying out a new kind of chaat which I have termed Amaranth Mix. Loved the outcome and was even more happy when my folks relished it :)
