I love to blend different flavors and layer the food.
In this particular dish, I have used Tarts as base, then Mishti Doi which is supposed to be khatta / sour and then added Mini Gulab Jamun and Boondi which are sweet. So when you put it in your mouth, you get the sour taste first and then sweet. In case you don't prefer Mishti Doi, you can always make use of Rabdi.
Ingredients
1 packet of readymade Tarts
200 gms Mishti Doi
20-25 pieces of Mini Gulab Jamun
200 gms of Boondi
Method
Spread Mishti Doi on tarts, then place a mini gulab jamun on top and cover the edges of the tart with boondi.
